Considerations

Session topic, intent (casual or with reply value as episodes, or combined) distribution. Thumbnail the video preview images requirements. How many destinations, (stream to platforms).

Streaming checklist, script

CASE 1 (OBS & TT Live Studio):

Multi-streaming in OBS x.264 1080p 60fps content & using TikTok Live Studio for 720p (up to 40fps) with AMD H.264

Title and categories for the session and configuring targets:

  1. Configure this post (https://edoga.biz.hr/mveddy/live-show-notes/) on this website for MultiStreaming-SimulCasting Notification (with a list of all my channels stream); title and short description.
  2. Configure – select destinations on Restream; KICK, TWITCH – titles and category
  3. Configure – select destinations on Rumble Studio : stream now, select template, rtmp targets, category, title. Next;
  4. In Rumble Studio manage participants and create ingress for OBS (get stream key put it in OBS as primary stream settings multi-stream plugin for Rumble Studio target)
  5. In OBS prepare stream starting scene and enable and start virtual camera to use in TikTok Live Studio
  6. Update title and category in TikTok Live Studio, check for the virtual camera (OBS camera), configure encoder
  7. On FC2Live prepare and configure stream session
  8. On monitoring PC prepare stream dashboards and chats that don’t need refresh after stream start FC2L, Trovo, Rumble, Odysee, Trovo, KICK & Twitch;

Start streaming

  1. FC2Live is first in sequence, start the stream in the browser and select to use streaming software (Rumble Studio)
  2. In OBS start streaming to Rumble Studio (YouTube, Trovo, DLive, FC2Live, Odysee)
  3. In Rumble Studio select participant and solo, click on “GO Live”
  4. “Go Live” in TikTok Live Studio, make sure Rumble Studio browser has muted audio,
  5. Close browser for Rumble Studio and FC2Live on streaming pc
  6. In OBS start streaming to Restream (KICK, TWITCH) via multiple output plugin
  7. Say “Hi” and put stream starting – warmUp content in OBS, official website statement for online security and verification

After “take off” (monitoring PC)

  1. Hit Twitch stream marker and do topic, intro & contents
  2. Get chats & dashboards for every stream target, TikTok (can monitor on stream PC in TT Live Studio), refresh YouTube (update and check for title & category, description), FC2L, Trovo, refresh DLive, Rumble (Odysee, Trovo, KICK & Twitch chats can be setup before stream start);
  3. Check previews on major targets
  4. Mic sound check
  5. Capture card sound check
  6. Go on send-post On AIR notification to X, BSky & WhatsApp on phone.
  7. Mark the stream on Twitch and “Good luck” myself & all
  1. Draft plan and title for stream episode
  2. Add new post on website for the show, duplicate post from previous episode (to get the show notes working binding with categories), swap “sticky” property on previous & new stream post
  3. For OBS in video use Live show notes Category: HOT Notes on web page URL : https://edoga.biz.hr/exclude/live-now/ for OBS browser source (horizontal scroller)
  4. TO DO: – On AIR category for updating multi-streaming notification post.
  5. First manually update stream description on all targets streamed directly form OBS (YT, DLive, KICK, Twitch, Restream.io) and stack the chats for YT, Twitch, KICK
  6. If using Rumble Studio, add a participant and update OBS for Rumble
  7. when the stream is live, update category on TikTok, and check for Trovo, and stack chats for DLive, TikTok, Trovo,
  8. Post the “Live Notification” to “X”, “BlueSky” & “WhatsApp”using the URL of a post from this website (check here for hashtags)
    • Check in the preview of a new notification post on soc.platform for an excerpt and hashtags for “live streaming now” notification! (“X” atm only shows feat.image and title of blog content, BlueSky show includes that too and excerpt)

Considering on this date swapping YouTube for Odysee.

Waiting for BOLT+ TV to relaunch streaming, so one of current targets has to “go”.

On Audio real time playback from my USB capture devices and analogue audio routing;

Only one at a time capture device plays in real time on monitoring PC. So, just swap audio cable at capture device output and connect into monitoring PC for live real time playback. Like in case playing a game on Retro Gaming PC.

Video Chapters

Second thing is about crating chapters (“timestamps”) for videos on YouTube.

This is a test sample that worked for me in video description:

To add your own video chapters:

  1. Sign in to YouTube Studio.
  2. From the left menu, select Content.
  3. Click the video that you’d like to edit.
  4. In the Description, add a list of timestamps and titles.
    • Make sure that the first timestamp you list starts with 00:00. 
    • Your video should have at least three timestamps listed in ascending order.
    • The minimum length for video chapters is 10 seconds.

 5. Click SAVE.

And last for YouTube, keep in mind it is possible to edit videos in “bulk” selecting (checking) multiple videos on the content page and selecting “Edit” action. This also allows this way to add videos to playlists or deleting
